Sarah worked as the Bar Manager at the Royal Moat House on Wollaton Street, and then Bars Manager & Duty Manager at the Savoy (Nottingham Moat House) Hotel on Mansfield Road. Sarah has over 25years experience in the Hospitality industry and knows exactly what makes your holiday special...

An excellent, traditional home cooked menu is offered by Ashley. After initially serving his country as a Royal Marine Commando which involved tours of Northern Ireland(x2), Carribean, Oman, Jordan, Cyprus, Norway etc. He then passed an NVQ1 in Catering and Hospitality, and after serving in the Middle East (again) and also on board HMS Ocean (serving 1,250 ranks 3 times a day at each meal for 3 months) then went on to gain NVQ 3 and 2 stripes.

As a result he was subsequently appointed as Head Chef to the Sergeants Mess and later Officers Mess at Norton Manor, where duties included Colonel's cocktail parties, Summer Ball, Valentines Evening, Burns Night and numerous other dinner functions.

Ash won his Silver medal at Hotelympia as part of the Tri Service Competition representing the Royal Marines and Gold Medal in Devon during the Royal Marines Cullinary Championships.

Ashley & Sarah enjoyed a 3 Diamond Award from 2001 - 2006 by RAC, they were the first in Lincolnshire to be awarded the Warm Welcome Award, which the inspector acknowledged 'was in recognition of their exceptional hospitality.''
